Approximately 75 percent of all applications will use 2.750 to 3.000 inch pedal rod.
2.750 rod is made by cutting down a 3.000 simply remove .250 from threaded end.
Push lock type rods are preferred because changing them in and out of a hydro boost unit is safe and easy and you won’t damage the out put piston. How ever if you must make your own pedal rod or have a male thread pedal rod adapter and are required to assemble a custom rod. All items
that you need can be found on tallonhydraulics.com . Remember thread engagement needs to a minim of .500 inch and should be locktighted in place along with a jam nut.
