Shipping Policy

We ship with UPS Ground with a tracking number. You will be notified by e-mail your tracking number when your items are shipped. On orders over $250.00 you will receive FREE SHIPPING. On orders over $500.00 you will receive FREE SHIPPING and FREE SHIPPING INSURANCE. The free shipping offer is only valid for the lower 48 states and does not include all items on the website. The items that do not have free shipping are indicated on the website. Any upgrades to shipping such as next day air, second day air, etc. are at the customers expense.

On listed items Tallon Hydraulics, Inc will be offering United States Mail Priority Shipping. This option will be available on listed items. Tallon will notify the customer when the product leaves our warehouse. However, Tallon has no control or tracking with the United States Postal Service. Therefore, the customer ships at their own risk. This service is the most economical way to ship but is not recommended for high dollar value items.

Return Policy

Packages must be inspected by the customer on receipt. Any claims must be reported within 7 working days after the package is received. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A 20% restock fee applies to correctly shipped items that are returned in 7 working days. The restock fee will be waived if the return is accompanied by a RGA number (issued by Tallon) and a new order with an equal or greater value than the returned order.
NO returns will be accepted after 7 working days. Also, there will be NO returns on any parts that have been installed or altered in any way. Any modification to the parts is the customers responsibility and will NOT be subject to return or credit by Tallon Hydraulics, Inc. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RETURN POLICY.
